Feature
Die Stone Premium provides Snow Rocko`s best quality with high-strength/low-setting expansion and excellent edge stability. DIE STONE PREMIUM is the premium ISO type 4. The superior raw materials and technology used in Die Stone Premium allows dental professionals to create precise and silky smooth dies, working models, and study models.
The extreme fine granularity also enables technicians to produce a smooth and dense surface on the model from various impression materials. Due to the longer pour time, faster setting time, and Resin-reinforcement, the newly poured Die Stone Premium resists chipping and breakage. A low water to powder ration (W/P = 20/100) will assure the high strength of the model. Die Stone Premium also has excellent margin trimming. Finally, Die Stone Premium is the only dental stone which has an Anti-bacterial feature.
This Antibacterial feature has been patented in the United States.
- Excellent edge stability with outstanding hard and soft margin workability (Perfect fit with the prosthesis)
- There is literally no chipping or splintering while drilling, sawing or grinding.
- Ultra hard while producing glass and silk like surfaces with brilliant color
- Low expansion (less than 0.08%) to produce precise and accurate die models without dimensional change.
- Scannable function -The models are able to be used with CAD/CAM systems without further spray or scan stone.
- Worlds first patented antibacterial feature (USA Patent #7,244,305 B1)
